Rent six nights and get the seventh night at no charge (EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS)

Three night minimum night stay required (varies based on demand/season)

Cleaning fee ($350) assessed for ALL stays less than five nights

Fully refundable security/damage deposit is $1,000

Lodging tax rate is 11.675%
